I think i should start by saying i hope you had a magical Christmas and a lovely new years!! I most definitely relaxed and ate my body weight in food which i always regret after, yet i still do it, every year, oops! I didn't really do anything to adventurous over the Christmas term, however it was lovely to spend time with my family. Also my boyfriend was home from university which made my Christmas and new year even better.
Every year i make new years resolutions, however they never seem to last, in fact i have already broken one of them this year and we are only 5 days into the year!! Yes that's how bad i am at keeping to my new years resolutions. I'm sure some of you are the same, right??
So... my new years resolutions this year will be -
- Eat less carbohydrates (which i have failed at already because i was meant to be doing 'NO CARBS JAN) which consists of having no carbohydrates for the whole of January to detox, apparently?
- To drink more water
- To blog every week
- And to keep my hair healthy
I hope i keep to these, they don't seem to hard, but we will see how i go! Let me know what your resolutions for the year!
