January sale, fail!!!

It's Tuesday! I'm already tired and it's only the second day of the week! I really need to get more sleep, late nights to not suit me very well! I thought I'd do a blog on January sales, to tell you all how awful I am at sale shopping.

I find that once we get to Boxing day, in fact no, even Christmas Day people are already looking online to see what has been reduced in the shops. I do this too, don't worry! It's awful I know, but I still do it hoping I can find something I like in the sale. However, no matter how many times I look online or in the shops I can never find ANYTHING in my size or that I actually like. As I am petit, with tiny feet (size 4 uk).. Hahaha that rhymed oops!

I'm one of those girls ( I'm sure many of you will agree) that if I find a top or dress just a size bigger than I actually need, but decide I really really need it in my wardrobe, I will convince myself it will look better baggy, ohhhhh no! I made a big mistake thinking that, however at the time it sounded like a good idea, of course! So during my shopping dilemma of sizing I brought a top and a dress..both in the wrong size, purely because I 'needed' them, I'm such a girl.

On the day I brought my items, I was expecting to buy loads of sale items and be really happy that I got good deals and everything would be just peachy. However I got very hot, stressed and inpatient to shop because every shop looked super messy. People were going crazy looking through the sales racks trying to find 'good deals'. I just find it all very stressful. I envy everyone who can find good deals and not get stressed in sales!

Anyway, there is my little opinion on January sales and how much I fail at it! Please give me any tips!

2014 resolutions

I think i should start by saying i hope you had a magical Christmas and a lovely new years!! I most definitely relaxed and ate my body weight in food which i always regret after, yet i still do it, every year, oops! I didn't really do anything to adventurous over the Christmas term, however it was lovely to spend time with my family. Also my boyfriend was home from university which made my Christmas and new year even better.

Every year i make new years resolutions, however they never seem to last, in fact i have already broken one of them this year and we are only 5 days into the year!! Yes that's how bad i am at keeping to my new years resolutions. I'm sure some of you are the same, right??

So... my new years resolutions this year will be -
  •  Eat less carbohydrates (which i have failed at already because i was meant to be doing 'NO CARBS JAN) which consists of having no carbohydrates for the whole of January to detox, apparently?
  • To drink more water
  • To blog every week
  • And to keep my hair healthy

I hope i keep to these, they don't seem to hard, but we will see how i go! Let me know what your resolutions for the year!
